Pricing
During the assessment, the Property Proof Plus professional will conduct a survey
of the premises to be included in the inventory, review any collections that you want to catalog,
discuss what level of detail you want to capture and any other special needs you may require. You
will then receive an estimate of what it will cost to perform the service. There is no cost associated
with this assessment. Should you decide to proceed, a contract will be constructed that details the
level of service and an agreed upon price. Then we will schedule a date to perform the service!
Our services are competitively priced and are based on the size and duration of the area to be
documented. Listed below is a general base price estimate depending on home size. Your actual
price will vary depending on the level of detail you require.
